Rooms

The three different accomodation types of the hotel - with 221 individually air conditioned rooms - perfectly complies with the standards of a three-generation hotel. Besides the traditional Double Rooms, we offer comfortable Family Rooms and ApartRooms to smaller and bigger families, and Senior Suites that represent luxoury. The hotel has special accomodation types to satisfy the recquirements of our physically challenged and allergic guests. Each room has bathtub and/or shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, safe, satelitte TV, phone, mini bar and internet connection. Ingenousness and intimate, familiar atmosphere could describe the best the individual room types.

Therapy

Our guests can enjoy all the treatments that the Zalakaros thermal bath culture can offer with the help of our private thermal spring of certified medicinal thermal water. Besides having a medical examination and consultation with specialised physicians the treatments can include wellness consultation, balneo-, hydro-, mechano-, oxygen-, magnetic- and electrotherapies, inhalation, gymnastics, therapeutic gymnastics, physiotherapy, special packs, medical feet care and other medical therapeutic treatments. The more than 750 years old settlement gained international recognition 35 years ago when thermal water was discovered during a prospect oil drilling. The 96 Celsius degree thermal water is rich in minerals, sodium chloride and hydro carbonate. The water is classified as iodic-bromic water due to its iodine and bromide content, but it also belongs to the group of sulphurous waters because of its sulphide-ion content. The acknowledged healing water proved really effective in the treatment of chronic gynaecological and dental problems, in case of chronic inflamed joint diseases and in the follow up treatments of orthopaedic surgeries, neurosurgery and surgeries with locomotion impairment. Conference
The distinctive locations increase the unique and special atmosphere of the programmes; our Pool-Vitamin cruiseship is an excellent place for coctail parties combined with night-time baths, our restaurant and the Gála 1 and 2 halls are appropriate for all kind of events up to 300 guests. The smaller section halls of ‘Golden’, ‘Jonatán’ and ‘Starking’ can be the ideal place for meetings with 15-20 participants. To freshen up in the breaks, our conference guests can enjoy the bar service of the halls or culinary delights on the private terrace. With these services we would like to make your stay in the hotel especially memorable. 

Kid's Corner
At our wellness department the 
greets its tiny visitors with lots of colourful games. Under our qualified kindergarten teacher’s supervision children can take part in several activities, during summer a professional animator creates programmes for the tiny ones.
